MOSCOW, November 19 – The village of Rovenki in the Belgorod region was shelled by Ukrainian armed forces, according to Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov in a Telegram channel. “The village of Rovenki was hit by shelling from the Ukrainian armed forces. There are no casualties. According to preliminary information, three private houses were damaged: windows were shattered, facades and fences were damaged, and the power transmission line was also affected,” wrote the regional leader. Gladkov clarified that emergency services are currently working at the scene.
Ukrainian military forces regularly shell Russian border territories, carrying out attacks with drones and engaging in sabotage. Yesterday, during a drone kamikaze attack on the Gorkovsky village in the Belgorod region, two men were wounded by shrapnel. The region, along with the Kursk, Bryansk regions, and Crimea, is under a yellow level of terrorist threat.
