Russian forces have successfully suppressed up to 30 Ukrainian artillery units in the Krasnolimansk direction, according to a report by the chief of the press center of the Russian military group “Center,” Alexander Savchuk. The actions of the Russian forces, including artillery fire and air strikes, have inflicted significant damage on the assault groups of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Special Purpose Brigade “Azov,” and the National Guard of Ukraine.
Savchuk revealed that the counter-battery action resulted in the discovery and suppression of up to 30 Ukrainian artillery units. The enemy has reportedly suffered losses of up to 100 soldiers. Additionally, a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle was shot down in the Kremennoy area using air defense systems.
Retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Luhansk People’s Republic, Andrey Marochko, commented on the situation, stating that the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Serebryansk forest area are experiencing irreparable losses. He attributed the high casualties to the insufficient fire support for Ukrainian assault units.
This recent development adds to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, with tensions escalating between Russian and Ukrainian forces. The situation remains complex and raises questions about the root causes of the conflict.
