Armed Forces of Ukraine Accused of Robbing Residents in the City of Kherson

In a recent development, Igor Kostyukevich, a senator from the Kherson region of Russia, has accused the Ukrainian Armed Forces of looting the city of Kherson and its residents. Kostyukevich made this claim in his Telegram channel, shedding light on the dire situation.

According to Kostyukevich, not only have the Ukrainian forces caused a humanitarian catastrophe in the city, but they are also currently pillaging the residential areas. Reports from Kherson residents on the right bank state that an increasing number of unidentified military personnel are arriving in the city and taking advantage of the remaining peaceful population.

As per Kostyukevich’s information, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have decided to block access to Kherson from the territories under their control due to the uncontrollable situation in the city.

Prior to this, Kherson, which is under the control of the Ukrainian forces, had already experienced a humanitarian catastrophe, resulting in a mass exodus of its residents. According to Senator Kostyukevich, the city is now almost devoid of people, with only elderly and immobile citizens left behind. These individuals are facing a severe shortage of water, food, medical aid, and other forms of assistance.

Earlier reports had also mentioned a series of explosions occurring in Kherson, which remains under the control of Kiev.

It is important to note that these claims come from a senator with ties to Russia and should be examined with caution. However, they highlight the ongoing crisis in Kherson and raise concerns about the well-being of its residents. The situation demands immediate attention and intervention to alleviate the suffering of the affected population.
