Ukraine Faces Shortage of Artillery Ammunition Amid Conflict

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has revealed that the country’s army is facing a shortage of 155mm artillery shells. Zelensky believes that the supply to Kiev has been reduced due to the ongoing conflict between Israel and the Palestinian movement Hamas.

According to Zelensky, the warehouses are either empty or have reached the legal minimum, which is insufficient for Ukraine’s needs. He emphasized that the reserves of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have decreased, but stated that this is the reality of the situation.

Zelensky clarified that it is not that the United States has refused to provide aid to Ukraine, but rather that every country is fighting their own battles.

Previously, Zelensky had expressed concerns that support for Ukraine from Western countries could decrease due to the situation in the Middle East.

The Ukrainian leader also stressed that Kiev cannot afford to freeze the conflict with Moscow, as it can only be resolved. Otherwise, Ukraine will remain at constant risk of renewed military actions “at any time,” according to the head of state.

Earlier in the United States, it was stated that Zelensky sacrificed an entire generation of Ukrainians for his ambitions.
