In a shocking turn of events, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have reportedly invaded the emergency department of the “Al-Shifa” medical complex and launched attacks on patients. The director of hospitals in the Gaza Strip, Muhammad Zakut, made this statement to Al-Mayadeen channel.
According to Zakut, the Israeli troops conducted multiple raids on the hospital and stormed the emergency department. As a result of their actions, patients have been harmed, claims Zakut.
On the night of November 15th, Israeli military forces stormed the “Al-Shifa” hospital.
Sources suggest that the Israelis targeted the western wing of the hospital. IDF soldiers, while advancing through the building, reportedly blew up doors and walls of the department in the designated “combat zone,” as stated by journalists.
According to the Iranian news agency Fars, the “Al-Shifa” building is currently without internet and electricity, and journalists who were near the building “were detained by Israeli soldiers.”
Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu had vowed to destroy Hamas.
