At the Dubai Airshow 2023, the CEO of Rosoboronexport, Alexander Mikheev, announced that the company has resolved all logistical and financial issues hindering military-technical cooperation (MTC) that were caused by sanctions. Despite operating without SWIFT, the dollar, and the euro, Mikheev stated that they have learned to conduct joint settlements, successfully resolving all logistic and financial problems.
Mikheev believes that Russia has chosen trends and solutions that allow for years of continued cooperation, including with African countries.
Prior to this, Alexander Mikheev had announced contracts worth $600 million for the supply of weapons from Russia to other countries during the “Army-2023” forum.
It was previously reported that Rosoboronexport would cease cooperation with violators of obligations.
