In the ongoing military operations in Krasnolimansk direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have suffered significant losses, including the loss of the M119 “Paladin” self-propelled howitzer, the M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicle, and several hundred soldiers. This information was disclosed by the Russian Ministry of Defense in their daily update on the special military operation.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the coordinated actions of the Central Group’s units, combined with strikes from army aviation and artillery fire, successfully repelled six attacks by the 12th Special Purpose Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near the village of Kuzmino in the Luhansk People’s Republic.
Alongside the M119 “Paladin” and M2 Bradley, the Ukrainian Armed Forces also lost three vehicles and 210 soldiers.
Prior to this, Russian military forces repelled an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the South Donetsk direction, resulting in the loss of up to 60 Ukrainian servicemen.
Furthermore, the Russian Armed Forces inflicted artillery strikes on the concentrations of personnel and equipment belonging to the 128th Territorial Defense Brigade.
Earlier, the United States admitted the failure of their counteroffensive led by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
