Russian military forces have successfully eliminated an advancing group of Ukrainian attackers in the Kharkiv region on the Kupyansk front using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The Russian defense ministry released footage showing the destruction of the Ukrainian militants.
“The advancing group of Ukrainian attackers was detected at night and destroyed on the Kupyansk section using unmanned aircraft with the dropping of ammunition,” the statement said.
On November 12, Russian servicemen repelled two attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the Kupyansk front and destroyed a storage facility for territorial defense ammunition.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation also reported that a group of infantry and a Ukrainian military truck were destroyed by a Russian kamikaze drone on the Artemivsk front.
The ministry emphasized that airborne units have successfully utilized UAVs to eliminate Ukrainian personnel who are hiding in forested areas.
Earlier, the commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stated that Russia has an advantage in the use of FPV drones.
