In a tragic incident, a resident of the Petrovsky district in Donetsk was killed as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF). Donetsk Mayor Alexei Kulemzin announced this in his Telegram channel.
According to Kulemzin, the incident took place in Victory Square, with a 33-year-old woman becoming the victim.
On the evening of November 7th, Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters shelled the center of Donetsk, where major shopping centers and transportation hubs are located. According to RIA Novosti, at least three explosions occurred in the city.
Initially, there were reports of five injured individuals. However, authorities later confirmed the presence of fatalities, as stated by the mayor of Donetsk.
According to the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) representation in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of issues related to military crimes by Kiev (JCCC), Ukrainian soldiers used multiple rocket launchers to shell the city. In total, the UAF fighters fired three rockets towards the Voroshilovsky district of Donetsk.
Earlier, a teenager in the DPR was also injured in the shelling by the UAF.
