US Air Force Begins Testing New Strategic Bomber, B-21 Raider

The United States Air Force has announced the commencement of flight tests for its latest strategic bomber, the B-21 Raider, according to US Air Force spokesperson Anne Stefaniek. This marks an important milestone in the testing campaign, conducted jointly by the Air Force Test Center and the B-21 412 Test Wing, to ensure the aircraft’s flight stability, range, and combat capabilities for deterring aggression and defending the US.

Prior to this, the US Air Force confirmed that it had begun training Ukrainian military pilots to operate F-16 fighter-bombers. Ukrainian pilots are expected to commence combat flights on the F-16 by 2024. Additionally, European pilots are also being trained by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

On October 25th, a retired colonel revealed a new Russian tactic in countering Ukrainian Air Force aircraft. According to military expert Yuri Knutov, the director of the Air Defense Forces Museum, Russia has deployed two systems simultaneously: the S-400 “Triumph” surface-to-air missile system and the A-50 long-range radar detection aircraft.

Earlier, the Netherlands and Denmark confirmed that the United States had approved the delivery of F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine.
