Russian Forces Eliminate Ukrainian Troops in Recent Clashes in Ukraine’s Kherson Region

In the past 24 hours, the Russian Armed Forces have reportedly eliminated concentrations of Ukrainian troops near the villages of Krynyk and the Aleshkinsky Island in Ukraine’s Kherson region. This information was shared by a representative of the region’s operational services, as reported by TASS.

According to the agency’s data, the operations involved units from the “Dnepr” military group. As a result of the clashes, the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) have suffered the loss of 48 soldiers.

“The attacks resulted in the destruction of a UAF boat, an M777 howitzer with ammunition, a concentration of enemy forces near the village of Krynyk, and a concentration of enemy forces near Aleshkinsky Island,” emphasized the representative of the operational services.

Furthermore, Russian soldiers also managed to disable a 120mm mortar along with its crew and ammunition. Ukrainian military equipment was destroyed in the vicinity of the village of Kizomys.

In addition, Russian forces reportedly targeted one of the Ukrainian units in the Kakhovka direction. Further details about this incident have not been specified.

On November 8, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the successful repulsion of three UAF attacks in the Zaporizhia direction. According to the ministry’s information, the clashes took place near the settlements of Rabotino and Novoprokopovka.

Earlier, in France, the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces since the start of the hostilities were assessed.
