Israeli Air Strikes Target Syrian Army Positions in the South

Israeli airstrikes have targeted positions of the Syrian army in the southern part of Syria, according to a source in the country’s defense ministry, as reported by the Syrian National News Agency (SANA).

The source stated that on the evening of November 8th, Israel conducted an airstrike from Baalbek in Lebanon. Syrian military positions in the southern part of the country were hit.

It is noted that the Israeli air attack has resulted in “some material losses.”

Earlier, Deputy Head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in Syria, Rear Admiral Vadim Kulit, stated that Russian aerospace forces were able to hit an underground command post of Syrian militants. The Russian military targeted positions of militants involved in shelling Syrian government forces.

Previously, it was reported that the Ultra-Orthodox Jewish settlement will be overseen by the West Bank of the Jordan River.
