The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have reported an air strike on a Hamas rocket launch site through their official Telegram channel, along with the elimination of fighters from the group.
According to the publication, the launch sites were connected to an underground tunnel with an arms depot. The troops conducted an air strike, damaging the terrorists’ infrastructure.
The IDF clarified that after the strike, the militants emerged on the rooftop of the infrastructure facility and were subsequently eliminated through an additional attack.
The army emphasized that the previous day, Palestinian fighters had opened fire on Israel using mortars. In response, the Israeli Army decided to conduct an air strike towards Hamas infrastructure.
On November 8, the G7 countries condemned the Hamas and other movements’ attacks on Israel and underscored its right to self-defense.
Earlier, it was reported that in response to shelling from Lebanon, Israeli military forces carried out air strikes on targets belonging to the Shiite organization, Hezbollah.
Previously, the acting Prime Minister of Lebanon, Najib Mikati, stated that their involvement in the Hamas-Israel conflict does not serve anyone’s interests.
