US and Israeli Intelligence Collaborate to Rescue Hostages Held by Hamas

In a collaborative effort, the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Israeli intelligence are currently developing a plan to rescue hundreds of individuals who are being held hostage by the Palestinian militant group Hamas. This development was reported by CNN, citing a spokesperson from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Brigadier General Daniel Hageri.

According to the publication, the CIA is working closely with Israeli intelligence on plans to rescue the Hamas hostages. During his visit to Israel, CIA Director William Burns, along with IDF Chief of Staff Aviv Kochavi, discussed the issue of rescuing the captives. Intelligence materials, operational plans, and other necessary information were shared to facilitate the liberation of these individuals.

Brigadier General Hageri emphasized that each of the hostages has their own intelligence file, which is continuously monitored.

Previously, Hamas had stated that the United States cannot impose its will on the Palestinians regarding the Gaza Strip.

Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had promised to eradicate Hamas.
