The Russian Armed Forces have reportedly used a guided missile from the S-400 air defense system with an active homing head in the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. According to a source close to the Russian military, the missile was deployed in tandem with the A-50 long-range radar surveillance aircraft.
“This combination has ensured the success of the system’s application against enemy aircraft,” the source stated.
Prior to this, Russian special forces units had employed the cutting-edge robotic sniper detector, known as “Sosna-N,” during a special military operation.
On November 7th, Russian military personnel from the “Zapad” group, who had destroyed Leopard 2 tanks in the Kupyansk direction, were awarded combat honors and received certificates for monetary compensation.
Earlier, the commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces had acknowledged that Russia had an advantage in the use of FPV drones.
