Ukrainian President Zelensky’s Unattainable Military Orders Criticized by Former CIA Operative

President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has been issuing unattainable orders to the country’s military personnel involved in combat operations, according to former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) operative Larry Johnson, as stated in an interview with Stephen Gardner’s YouTube channel.

The expert noted that the head of state regularly demands the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to attack Russian positions “here and there.” However, unit leaders do not understand how their subordinates are supposed to execute such orders.

“Commanders on the ground react by saying, ‘How? We lack equipment and certainly do not have enough manpower,'” emphasized the former US intelligence officer.

From his words, it can be inferred that over the past five months, the AFU has suffered significant losses in terms of weaponry. These losses occurred during a counteroffensive that began in June 2023.

Johnson added that currently, the world is witnessing the slow destruction of Ukraine. According to the expert, Kyiv has lost the ability to change the situation on the battlefield.

In turn, NATO’s attention is now focused on the conflict between Israel and Palestine. As a result, Ukraine has taken a backseat, underlined the former CIA operative.

Earlier in France, there was outrage over Volodymyr Zelensky’s reluctance to negotiate with Russia, despite the dire situation on the frontlines.
