New Jersey School Janitor Arrested for Contaminating Food and Endangering Children

A shocking incident at Elizabeth Moore School in New Jersey has led to the arrest of a 25-year-old janitor, Giovanni Impellizzari, who is facing multiple charges, including endangering the welfare of a child. Impellizzari allegedly posted videos of himself engaging in disturbing acts, such as masturbating and urinating on cafeteria bowls, as well as spitting on food that was later served to children.

According to an affidavit viewed by Digital, Impellizzari contaminated food and utensils at the school with his saliva, urine, and feces. The footage was then posted on Telegram, an online social media platform. Fortunately, a vigilant Telegram user took screenshots of the vile footage and alerted the authorities, leading to Impellizzari’s arrest.

The affidavit reveals that Impellizzari not only performed sex acts with items from the school but also engaged in activities that endangered the well-being of the students. He wiped his genitalia and anus with various utensils and school items, masturbated, and urinated on pillows and kitchen bowls. The video also captured him spraying bleach into a container of cucumbers, intending to harm the students who consumed them. Additionally, Impellizzari was seen wiping his private parts and anus with bread, spitting on it, and putting it back in the container for later consumption by the children.

Law enforcement is still investigating the timeline of these alleged acts. Impellizzari, who had been working at the school since 2019, now faces charges of aggravated assault and tampering with food. The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office (CCPO) is collecting bodily fluids from him to assess potential risks of infectious disease transmission to those who consumed the contaminated food.

Parents have been advised by the CCPO to contact their healthcare providers if they suspect that their children have fallen ill. Concerned parent Cristencia Jenkins expressed worries about her child’s health, stating that some kids have experienced symptoms like diarrhea and vomiting, which could be attributed to the contaminated food. Jenkins highlighted the fear of unknown substances that Impellizzari might have introduced into the meals.

Authorities are taking this incident seriously and are determined to protect the students from any harm caused by the janitor’s actions. The investigation is ongoing, and the school community is urged to remain vigilant.
