The Russian Ministry of Defense has reported that unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted to attack targets in Crimea. The attack was intercepted on the morning of November 2nd.
According to the Ministry of Defense, Ukrainian UAVs were shot down by air defense systems, with one being taken down over the Black Sea and five being intercepted over the territory of the Republic of Crimea.
The previous day, the Ministry reported that a Russian air defense system had shot down a Ukrainian drone over the Belgorod region. It was also reported on the same day that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had shelled the “Biohimteks” facility in the city of Shebekino, Belgorod region, using the “Grad” multiple rocket launcher system.
Earlier in Russia, a new drone suppression system was developed.
