Russian helicopters have demonstrated the vulnerability of Western tanks supplied to Ukraine by destroying them, according to military expert Phillip Ingram, as reported by Sky News.
The use of Russian attack helicopters and well-planned fortifications has exposed the weakness of Western armored vehicles and hindered the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) from making significant progress, said the expert.
Ingram highlighted that the Russian defense has delayed and slowed down the advancement of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
He also pointed out that Kyiv lacks air defense systems and demining machines, as well as aviation capabilities.
Prior to this, Bild reported that the Russian Armed Forces continue to strengthen their defensive line along the entire perimeter of the front line in the special operation zone in Ukraine, causing problems for the UAF. The Russian military is using “dragon’s teeth,” which are concrete pyramids, to reinforce their defense. These obstacles impede the movement of military vehicles. According to the German journalist, NATO combat vehicles are unable to overcome such fortifications, which has been one of the reasons for the failure of the Ukrainian counteroffensive.
