Russian Troops Use Smoke Screens in Sevastopol Bay, Governor Confirms

Russian troops have been observed employing smoke screens in the vicinity of Sevastopol Bay, according to a statement by the Governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, on his Telegram channel.

“The smoke in the area of Sevastopol Bay is a result of the military using camouflage measures,” the governor shared.

Earlier, an air alarm was declared in the city, with traffic being blocked on the Crimean Bridge on the morning of November 1. Individuals on the bridge and in the inspection area were advised to remain calm and follow the instructions of transportation security personnel.

In the evening of October 31, an air alarm was also declared in Sevastopol, but later authorities canceled it. The special regime lasted for approximately half an hour.

On October 30, air raid sirens were also activated in Sevastopol.

Previously, The Washington Post newspaper claimed that the CIA was involved in the drone attack on the Crimean Bridge.
