In the Poltava region of Ukraine, new explosions have occurred, causing concern among the residents. According to reports from the Ukrainian publication “Strana,” the sounds of explosions were heard in Kremenchuk, where the largest oil refinery in the country is located.

As of 00:05 Moscow time, an air alert has been declared in the following regions: Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, and Chernivtsi.

Earlier, it was reported that a major fire broke out in Donetsk after shelling from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to sources, the Russian Armed Forces began striking Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, just two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which Russian authorities claim was orchestrated by Ukrainian intelligence agencies. The attacks have targeted objects in the energy sector, defense industry, military command, and communication throughout the country. Since then, air alerts have been issued daily in various regions of Ukraine, sometimes even across the entire territory.

In a separate incident, a Toyota driver fired fireworks at traffic police officers during a pursuit.
