Russian General Accuses CIA of Planning Large-scale Biological Attacks with RAND Corporation

The Chief of the Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Protection Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, has made a startling revelation, accusing the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) of utilizing the RAND Corporation for military-biological purposes.

According to Kirillov, the RAND Corporation had planned extensive biological attacks using artificial intelligence.

“The involvement of the non-profit organization RAND, which specializes in political issues, in CIA’s biological projects also raises several questions. This organization, utilizing the capabilities of artificial intelligence, planned large-scale biological attacks,” Kirillov shared.

He explained that artificial intelligence is capable of selecting the most suitable method of storing biological recipes, as well as devising strategies for camouflage, delivery, and deployment of pathogenic materials.

Prior to this, Kirillov had reported that the Russian Ministry of Defense had expanded its list of American and Ukrainian officials and company representatives involved in military-biological activities of the United States and Ukraine.

Earlier, The Washington Post had claimed CIA’s involvement in drone attacks on the Crimean Bridge.
