During a speech at the 10th Beijing Xiangshan Forum, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu revealed that the Ukrainian army has suffered over 90,000 casualties since the beginning of the summer, with little progress made on the frontlines. In addition to the staggering loss of lives, Shoigu highlighted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have also lost approximately 600 tanks and nearly 1,900 armored vehicles of various classes since June 4th. These significant losses have severely weakened Ukraine’s military capabilities.
