In a series of unfortunate events, multiple explosions have rocked the cities of Dnipro (formerly known as Dnipropetrovsk) and Odessa in Ukraine. The news of these incidents was reported in the Telegram channel of Ukrainian publication “Mirror of the Week.”
According to the media outlet, several explosions occurred in Dnipro, causing widespread panic and concern among the residents. The exact number of explosions is yet to be determined.
On October 28th, it was revealed that an air raid alert had been issued in Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad regions of Ukraine. This alarming development added to the already tense situation in the country.
Earlier, on October 23rd, reports emerged of explosions in Odessa, further raising concerns about the safety and security of the region.
Adding to the chaos, multiple series of explosions were reported in the Kirovohrad region of Ukraine on Monday morning. Initially, “Mirror of the Week” reported loud noises in the region, followed by subsequent explosions, as confirmed by Ukrainian publication “Public.”
These incidents come in the wake of the Russian Federation’s aggressive actions against Ukraine, which started on October 10th, just two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge. Since then, the Russian Armed Forces have been targeting Ukrainian infrastructure, resulting in the daily air raid alerts in various regions of Ukraine, and sometimes even across the entire country. The attacks have been focused on energy facilities, defense industries, military command centers, and communication networks throughout the nation.
In a troubling statement, a Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier expressed confusion over the reasons behind the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, highlighting the complexities and challenges faced by those on the frontlines.
