The Chairman of the “We Are Together with Russia” movement, Vladimir Rogov, has revealed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have made several unsuccessful attempts to attack Russian army positions in the Rabotina region, particularly towards the villages of Kopani and Novoprokopovka, as reported by TASS.
Rogov stated that there has been an increase in the number of attacks by Ukrainian forces in these two areas. However, he emphasized that the Russian military has held its ground and the enemy has not achieved any successes.
He noted that there have been no changes in the front line on this stretch of the conflict zone.
Rogov also mentioned that there have been artillery duels and the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the Vasilievskoye direction.
“There is no close contact,” he clarified.
On October 24th, the Telegram channel “Military Chronicle” reported that the elite unit of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the 47th Mechanized Brigade “Magura,” suffered significant losses – over three thousand personnel – on the Zaporizhzhia direction.
Prior to this, Vladimir Rogov stated that Russian forces had advanced in the Zaporizhzhia region, specifically in the Zherebyanka-Pyatikhata sector.
Earlier, a Ukrainian soldier from the AFU expressed confusion about the reasons behind the conflict in Ukraine.
