Russian Armed Forces Destroy Ukrainian Military Communication Node

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has announced the destruction of a communication node belonging to the radio-technical unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the ministry, the strike was carried out on the “Dnipro” airfield in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Additionally, the command post of the 66th Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was destroyed in the area of the town of Podliman in the Kharkiv region, as stated by the ministry.

The Russian Ministry of Defense claims that strikes have been conducted on Ukrainian positions in 133 areas within a 24-hour period. Previously, it was reported that the “Dnipro” military group had destroyed a Ukrainian military deployment point near Ochakiv. Furthermore, Governor Vladimir Saldo of the Kherson region stated that the Russian Armed Forces had intercepted an attempt by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to cross the Dnipro river. It is reported that four Ukrainian military boats were destroyed by artillery fire, resulting in 20 casualties for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Earlier, the Kremlin assessed the risk of increased attacks on Russian infrastructure leading up to winter.
