Explosions have occurred in the city of Kherson, which is under the control of Kiev, according to Ukrainian publication “Zerkalo Nedeli” on Telegram. The message warns residents to be cautious and take cover. No further details have been provided.
On October 8th, the appointed head of the military administration of the Kherson region, Alexander Prokudin, reported that a transport base and a facility were damaged in an explosion in the Kiev-controlled part of the region.
