Russian military forces have successfully destroyed a missile and artillery warehouse belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) in the Davydov Brod area of the Herston region, according to a statement released by the Russian Ministry of Defense. The Russian forces reportedly targeted the command and observation posts of the 67th and 118th Mechanized Brigades of the UAF, as well as the 15th Regiment of the Ukrainian National Guard, located in the Odarovka area of the Zaporizhia region and the Serebrianka area of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR).
Furthermore, Russian air defense systems successfully neutralized 19 unmanned aerial vehicles in the Romanovske and Chervonohorka areas of the Zaporizhia region, as well as in Kazachy Lagery, Korsunka, and Nova Kakhovka in the Herston region. The Ministry of Defense clarified that Russian forces targeted enemy groups in a total of 118 locations.
As a result of these operations, over the past 24 hours, the UAF has suffered significant losses, with more than 50 Ukrainian soldiers and 12 vehicles reported to have been destroyed, according to the Ministry of Defense. It was also reported that the Russian Federation’s “Dnepr” group destroyed three boats carrying UAF soldiers in the Herston region.
Earlier, the United States acknowledged the failure of the UAF’s counteroffensive.
