Russian peacekeepers have established 25 guard posts near storage facilities containing ammunition, weapons, military, and special equipment in Nagorno-Karabakh, according to TASS. The presence of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Karabakh is deemed necessary for the local residents and for mediating contacts with Azerbaijan, said Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Mikhail Galuzin.
