Hamas Leader Threatened with Elimination by Israeli Defense Forces

The leader of Hamas, Yahya Sinwar, has been threatened with dire consequences, according to a report by The Times of Israel. The spokesperson for the Israeli Defense Forces, Rear Admiral Daniel Hagar, declared during a press conference that Sinwar, who commands the Hamas campaign, is as good as dead. Hagar further stated that both the military and political leadership of Hamas, as well as all their assets, are doomed.

On October 7th, Hamas forces launched several thousand rockets into Israeli territory, marking the beginning of their operation named “Flood of Al-Aqsa.” In response, Israel’s Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir, declared a state of emergency. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that the country is now in a state of war. The Israeli Defense Forces’ operation against Hamas has been named “Iron Swords.”

Previously, the IDF had stated that all communities along the Gaza border are under military control. The ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas has escalated tensions in the region, with both sides engaging in fierce exchanges of fire.
