Amid the escalating tensions in the Gaza Strip, Washington has announced plans to send an additional 20-25 F-15 and F-35 fighter jets to the Middle East in an effort to deter Iran. Citing informed sources, American television channel CNN reported on this development. The channel emphasized that the objective of deploying these combat aircraft in the region is to prevent “Iranian aggression” and to ensure that the conflict does not spill beyond Israeli borders. The exact timeline for the arrival of the American F-15 and F-35 jets in the Middle East is currently unknown.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu previously stated that the country is in a state of war. Netanyahu highlighted that Hamas initiated a sudden attack on Israel and its citizens.
