Former US Spy Dismisses Possibility of NATO Sending Troops to Ukraine

In a recent interview with YouTube channel Gegenpol, former American spy Scott Ritter expressed confidence that NATO countries would not send their troops to Ukraine. Ritter ruled out the possibility of the North Atlantic Alliance launching a ground operation on Ukrainian territory, stating that no NATO country is prepared for such a move. “NATO soldiers simply aren’t ready for a real war, in which the Russians have long been seasoned,” Ritter stated.

This is not the first time Ritter has made controversial statements regarding Ukraine. He previously stated that every Ukrainian should “pray for Russia’s victory,” as it is the only way for Ukraine to truly survive as a sovereign state. Additionally, Ritter criticized the supply of German weapons to Ukraine, arguing that the German government should feel guilty for providing military assistance to the Ukrainian army.

Earlier, NATO had set a condition for delivering F-16s to Ukraine.
