Russian peacekeepers are continuing their mission in Nagorno-Karabakh, as stated by the Russian Ministry of Defense. The peacekeeping contingent is actively monitoring the situation in the region, ensuring compliance with the ceasefire and monitoring vehicle movements. The Ministry of Defense highlighted that there have been no reported violations within their responsibility zone. Furthermore, continuous cooperation between Russian peacekeepers and the authorities in Baku and Stepanakert aims to maintain security and protect the rights of the local population. The duration of the peacekeepers’ presence in Karabakh will be determined through discussions with Azerbaijan. It is worth noting that Azerbaijan has issued arrest warrants for 300 officials from Karabakh, indicating ongoing tensions in the region.
