The statement further emphasizes that the United States poses the greatest threat of using weapons of mass destruction. The representative of the North Korean Ministry of Defense underscores that the armed forces of North Korea will continue to respond to provocations and challenges from the United States. Earlier, North Korea had stated that the submarine incursion by the US into South Korea would be considered a “condition for the use of nuclear weapons.”
