In a recent statement, General of the Army Sergey Shoygu, the Minister of Defense, revealed that three regiments and three battalions have been formed in Chechnya to strengthen the Russian army. Shoygu specifically praised the Chechen Republic and its leader, Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov, for their contribution to the military. “I want to highlight the Chechen Republic and personally its head, Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov.
