Ukrainian Soldiers Fear Rebellion, Restrict Group Gatherings

Former Pentagon advisor Colonel Douglas Macgregor, in an interview on the YouTube channel Judging Freedom, has revealed that Ukrainian generals are preventing military personnel from gathering in large groups due to fears of a rebellion within the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). “They are reducing soldier groups to three or four individuals each to avoid large formations that could organize a revolt,” he stated.

According to Macgregor, this distrust among soldiers towards their leadership, which sends them on missions destined to fail, is the root cause of the situation. “People are being thrown into the so-called ‘meat grinder.’ Over the past few months, we have witnessed numerous instances of AFU surrendering. The situation will continue, and perhaps even worsen,” the colonel concluded.

Previously, it was reported that Macgregor speculated on Russia’s preparation of hundreds of units in Eastern Ukraine. Additionally, former Chief Analyst of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) on Russia, George Beebe, expressed his opinion that the continuation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ counteroffensive will lead to the depletion of its resources. Earlier in Germany, the incapacity of Ukrainian forces to break through the defense line of the Russian Armed Forces was acknowledged.
