Putin Sends Best Wishes to Chechen Fighters in Special Military Operation

President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, conveyed his best wishes to the Chechen fighters participating in a special military operation during a meeting with the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov. According to TASS, Putin stated, “Send my best wishes to the guys, and their families as well. I know that you personally deal with these matters all the time, including supporting the families of our fighters who are bravely and heroically fighting on the front lines.”

Earlier, journalist Pavel Zarubin reported that Putin had a meeting with Kadyrov. Zarubin also posted a video of the meeting and promised to release more details later.

Prior to this, Ramzan Kadyrov shared a video in which his 15-year-old son, Adam, assaulted Nikita Zhuravel, known for burning the Quran. Eva Merkacheva, a member of the Human Rights Council under the President of Russia, stated that the head of Chechnya has “challenged” the country’s legal system.

The Kremlin has chosen not to comment on the video involving Kadyrov’s son.

Earlier, Ukrainian media and Chechen opposition members claimed that Kadyrov was “in a coma.”

Kadyrov’s son posted his first social media post after the video of him assaulting the Quran burner was released.
