Ukrainian Drone Attacks Cause Damage to Homes in Kursk

Moscow, September 25 – Several houses in the center of Kursk have been damaged due to attacks by Ukrainian drones, according to the region’s governor, Roman Starovoit, in his Telegram message. “In the Central District of Kursk, several private residences and the roof of an administrative building have been damaged due to attacks by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The windows of an apartment building were shattered. The air defense system worked,” he wrote. The governor clarified that no one was injured. Starovoit added that another drone crashed in the Kursk district, causing damage to a private house. Meanwhile, Alexander Bogomaz, the governor of the Bryansk region, reported that two Ukrainian UAVs were shot down over the Surazh district during the night. There were no casualties or destruction. Ukrainian military regularly target Russian regions using drones. The main focus of the attacks is on the border territories, particularly the Bryansk, Belgorod, and Kursk regions, as well as Crimea and Central Russia.
