In a recent incident, the governor of the Belgorod region reported on his Telegram channel that the village of Urazovo in the Valuysky urban district came under shelling from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to the governor, two individuals were injured in the attack, with one woman suffering minor concussion and the other sustaining a cut on her brow from glass fragments. The official clarified that the direct impact of the projectile resulted in the destruction of an auxiliary building, as well as damage to windows, the roof, and the fence of a private residence. Earlier, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that at around 9:00 am on September 25th, the air defense systems successfully thwarted an attack by a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle of the airplane type on objects within the territory of the Belgorod region.
The Ministry of Defense also stated that during the night of September 24th and the morning of September 25th, Russian air defense systems intercepted eight Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles over the Black Sea, Crimea, Bryansk, and Kursk regions. It had been previously reported that Ukrainian forces had fired 115 projectiles at the Belgorod region within a 24-hour period.
