The recent report reveals that Sean “Diddy” Combs is struggling with the inability to communicate with his seven children as he faces disturbing sex trafficking charges and remains behind bars in a Brooklyn lockup. Sources close to the family shared with TMZ that Combs is on suicide watch but yearns to contact Quincy, Justin, Christian “King”, Chance, twins D’Lila and Jessie, and two-year-old Love.
The family has been grappling with the horrifying allegations against the music producer and are leaning on their faith for guidance since his arrest in New York City on Monday. Those close to Combs are trying to remain strong for the sake of the children.
Homeland Security agents arrested Combs at the Park Hyatt New York, charging him with three counts each of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He was denied bail at his Tuesday arraignment and sent to Brooklyn’s infamous Metropolitan Detention Center ahead of trial.
According to the damning indictment, Combs allegedly “abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct” for decades, thus creating a criminal enterprise that engaged in various illicit activities such as sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.
Combs is accused of regularly forcing women to engage in sick “Freak Off” sex sessions with male prostitutes, which were often recorded while the music producer masturbated. His employees allegedly helped facilitate these events by arranging travel, booking hotel rooms where they would take place, and stocking the rooms with supplies such as drugs, baby oil, lubricants, and extra linens.
As of now, no one else has been charged in connection to the case. Combs’ children, Quincy (his adopted son), Justin, Christian, Chance, D’Lila, Jessie, and Love are all of different ages: his adult sons, as well as two 17-year-old twins, and a two-year-old toddler. Throughout their lives, the rapper has maintained close relationships with the mothers of these children.
However, it is unclear whether Combs has had any opportunity to contact them since his arrest.
