The Justice Department has indicted former CIA official Sue Mi Terry and her husband, Max Boot, on charges of failing to register as foreign agents for their work on behalf of South Korea. The couple allegedly collaborated with a South Korean government official to co-author op-eds in favor of the ROK government without disclosing their relationship, according to the indictment unsealed by federal prosecutors on Monday.
