Former President Donald Trump’s campaign recently took a brief detour from its typical focus, directing attention towards President Joe Biden’s Vice President, Kamala Harris, in an 82-second viral video. This unexpected shift makes sense given that, should Biden secure a second term and become unable to complete it, the responsibility would fall upon Harris to assume the role of President.
The ad features several of Harris’ most widely-recognized missteps, interspersed with her distinctive “cackling” laughter. The video begins with an unintelligible string of phrases from the Vice President: “Talking about the significance of the passage of time. Right? The significance of the passage of time. So, when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time … and there is such great significance to the passage of time.
The latter part of her statement did not offer much clarity: “And there is such great significance to the passage of time when we think about a day in the life of our children and what that means to the future of our nation, depending on whether or not they have the resources they need to achieve their God-given talent,” she informed an audience.
Another quote featured in the video is more recent, having been made just days ago: “So the importance of community banks is they are, as they are called, they’re in the community, led by members of the community. People who understand the capacity of the community, the needs of the community, the culture of the community.

Earlier this month, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich offered a harsh critique when questioned about Harris’ potential for leading the United States as President. Kamala’s hopeless because she’s Kamala. Anyone who watches her knows that the idea of her being president makes Biden look good, which is really hard nowadays,” he said during his appearance on Fox News show “Hannity.
You have to start with the idea that she has imprinted on the country, permanently, that she’s a very shallow, uneducated, and uneducable person other than her weird laugh. There’s no significant part of her,” he continued.
In March, during another appearance on “Hannity,” Gingrich made similar comments about the Vice President: “You know, he [Biden] may or may not have cognitive decline problems at his age, but at her age, she’s just dumb.” He went on to say, “Let’s be clear: Kamala Harris may be the dumbest person ever elected vice president in American history, and that’s why people keep resigning.
If you were her national security adviser, and you were competent, and you’d worked hard, and you knew what you were doing, and you watched her in Poland break up laughing when she’s asked about Ukrainian refugees, you had to feel a sense of total humiliation,” the former Speaker remarked.
So I’m not surprised that that particular adviser resigned because it’s very clear that Kamala Harris should never, ever be allowed to leave the country,” he said.
Harris, on her part, has consented to a single debate against whoever Former President Donald Trump selects as his running mate. The agreement came after Fox News anchors Martha MacCallum and Bret Baier announced their network’s offer to host a Vice Presidential debate on Friday.
