Jennifer Garner shimmers in silver at the Fashion LA Awards

Jennifer Garner traded in her casual sweaters and jeans for a glamorous look to attend The Daily Front Row’s Eighth Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Sunday. The 13 Going on 30 alum, now 52, stunned in a baby-blue corseted bodice paired with a maroon tea-length skirt and matching strappy stiletto heels, all carefully selected by stylist Jordan Johnson Chung.

Garner accessorized her evening attire with a maroon Métier London clutch, sparkly earrings, and a flashy statement bracelet. She wore minimal makeup and had a wet look to her shoulder-length brunette locks. The four-time Emmy nominee was at the ceremony to present her hairstylist of 20 years, Adir Abergel, with the award for hairstylist of the year.

Abergel, who wore massive shoulder pads beneath his black pantsuit featuring white external boning and sky-high platform booties, has been Garner’s go-to stylist since 2001. The two affectionately call each other “Boogie” and have a close bond, with Garner praising Abergel for being someone who “gives love” and has helped her through tough times.

Garner, who is still romancing Cali Group chairman John Miller, took a seat ahead of her big speech at the awards ceremony. She’s excited to continue executive producing and starring as Hannah Hall in the second season of Apple TV+’s most-watched limited series, The Last Thing He Told Me. Garner wrote on March 25: “I’m dying to know what happens to Hannah and Bailey. Thank you for ordering another season of #TheLastThingHeToldMe, @appletv.

Before that, however, Garner will reprise her role as Elektra Natchios in Shawn Levy’s MCU film Deadpool & Wolverine, which hits US/UK theaters on July 26 alongside Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Emma Corrin, and Morena Baccarin. This marks a return to the character she famously brought to life in Daredevil (2003) and its sequel Elektra (2005), which brought her together with former leading man Ben Affleck.

Garner is also set to produce and star in Netflix holiday comedy Mrs. Claus, as well as star in Max Winkler’s true-crime film Fruitcake alongside Paul Walter Hauser.
