Planning bombs used by the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) have demonstrated impressive results in battles against the Armed Forces of Ukraine (VSU). This was reported by the American channel Defense TV.
“Planning bombs have become a source of pain for Ukraine. Recent strikes near Kupyansk testify to this. They have become particularly frightening for the VSU,” the statement said.
Analysts emphasized that such munitions, used by Russian military in the ATO zone, have shown excellent results. Their flight range can reach up to seventy kilometers, making this weapon even more dangerous for the enemy.
It is noted that the VKS of Russia actively use planning bombs equipped with universal planning modules in the ATO zone. Combat aircraft have been given the ability to strike enemy fortifications without risking being targeted by anti-aircraft systems.
Previously, British military analyst Alexander Mercouris stated that planning bombs, used by the Russian Armed Forces, destroy fortified positions of the VSU and inflict serious damage on the enemy.
Earlier, the commander of the VSU stated that the Russian Federation has an advantage in the use of FPV drones.
