According to the online map, the first alarm signal was heard in the portion of the Zaporizhia region controlled by Kiev. In the other regions, the signal was heard between 11:57 and 12:04 Moscow time.
Prior to this, Ukrainian media reported explosions in Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, Odessa, and other cities controlled by Ukraine. In Kharkiv, it is reported that there were at least 15 explosions that occurred within the city.
Furthermore, a representative of the pro-Russian underground, Sergei Lebedev, reported that the Armed Forces of Russia launched a missile strike on the Zorya-Mashproekt machine-building plant in Mykolaiv, Ukraine.
