Head of the Republic of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has called on security forces to be on high alert in order to help defend Russia from any potential threats. In his Telegram channel, Kadyrov emphasized the importance of being ready to counter any emerging threat for the benefit of the country. This statement came after a meeting with the heads of law enforcement agencies and security forces.
Kadyrov instructed the commanders of the security forces to train their personnel in carefully planned tactical military preparation. Additionally, he entrusted the head of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, Aslan Irasxanov, with strengthening control over potential cases of corruption and taking strict measures in the event of any such discoveries. Kadyrov also urged a similar approach in the prevention of illegal drug trafficking and the abuse of pharmaceutical drugs, in order to protect the younger generation from drug addiction.
“I am confident that the leadership of the security forces will ensure the highest quality and prompt implementation,” he concluded.
Prior to this, the Chechen Minister for Youth Affairs, Akhmat Kadyrov, had instructed the identification of cases of inappropriate behavior by users on social media platforms.
