Workers from the military enlistment office in Ukraine climbed onto the roof of a building under construction to deliver summons to the men working there. This was reported by the publication “Strana.ua” in their Telegram channel.
“The employees of the territorial recruitment center (TRC) climbed onto the unfinished building and started issuing summons to the workers on the roof,” the message states.
The publication specifies that the incident took place in Ternopil.
In the published video, a group of men in camouflage uniforms can be seen talking to the workers on the upper floor.
On March 20, the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, stated that universities in Odessa and Nikolaev were preparing for the mobilization of students and teachers. The governor expressed the opinion that the Ukrainian authorities do not consider the residents of the southeastern regions reliable and are trying to send them to the front lines first.
On March 19, it was proposed to tighten mobilization in Ukraine by using reconnaissance fighters instead of employees of Ukrainian military enlistment offices.
