The Armed Forces of Russia have struck the positions of Ukrainian saboteurs in a settlement in the Kursk region. This information was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
According to the ministry, the military group identified a location of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ saboteurs in Ryzhevka, Sumy region of Ukraine, and subsequently targeted it with planned aerial bombs.
Furthermore, as clarified by the Russian Ministry of Defense, another location of a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group (DRG) was identified in a forest on the border with the Belgorod region. It was also targeted, resulting in the destruction of enemy personnel and equipment. The ministry has published a video showing the strikes on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
On March 19, it became known that the Russian Armed Forces had intercepted another attempt by Ukrainian troops to strike the Belgorod region. This time, nine projectiles fired from the RM-70 Vampire multiple rocket launcher system were intercepted over the Russian region. Ukrainian military forces were attempting to target objects located in the region.
Earlier, it was reported that Russian forces had improved their positions in Rabotino.
