The account, run by former real estate agent Chaya Raichik, posted a video about three illegal immigrants from Guatemala who were arrested for assaulting a woman. The post received over two million views and claimed that Florida gives driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants.
DeSantis, a staunch critic of President Biden’s handling of the border crisis, responded to the post, clarifying that Florida law does not allow illegal immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses. He also highlighted that Florida does not recognize licenses issued to illegal aliens from other states. The governor’s press secretary, Jeremy Redfern, further emphasized that the idea of Florida providing driver’s licenses to illegal aliens is absurd.

The account often reposts TikTok videos of left-wing users discussing cultural and racial issues. Earlier this year, Raichik was appointed to a position in the Oklahoma State Department of Education.
