Belgorod Under Rocket Threat: Governor Urges Residents to Stay Indoors and Away from Windows

In Belgorod and the Belgorod region, a rocket danger mode has been declared. This was announced by the Governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov.

He urged local residents to stay at home if possible and not approach the windows.

“Take cover in windowless rooms with solid walls (corridor, bathroom, toilet, pantry). If you are outside, take cover or find a safe place,” Gladkov concluded.

Early in the morning on March 14, the Grayvoronsky city district in the Belgorod region came under fire. The Ministry of Emergency Situations noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine shelled the villages of Spodaryushino and Kozinka. Local residents were advised to descend into the basement or find shelter.

Prior to this, Gladkov reported that Belgorod was attacked by a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle. As a result of the wreckage falling, dry grass caught fire, but the fire was extinguished. In addition, windows were broken in a private house. No local residents were injured.

Earlier in Russia, a new system for suppressing drones was created.
